LOW CARB COCONUT FUDGE RECIPE
This is a Freezer fudge recipe which simply means you keep it in the freezer until you’re ready to eat it, as it will melt at room temperature. You can take it out and leave it thaw a bit for some minutes before having it.
4 Tablespoons Four Seasons Tahini
3 Tablespoons Four Seasons Coconut Oil
3 Tablespoons Four Seasons Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons Four Seasons Honey
2 Twists or a Pinch Himalayan Salt
1 – In a pot combine all the ingredients and melt and mix at very low heat. ( use the lowest heat setting)
2 – Mix very well and pour into a small baking tray or casserole dish and place in the fridge or freezer to set for about 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours.
3 – Once it’s set, cut into portions and keep in the freezer ready to have.
