5 Tablespoons Four Seasons Foods Gelatin
2 large Oranges
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Cups Water
1 Wash the oranges and peel off the skin.
2 In 2 Cups of cold water, bring to a boil the Orange peels to get most of the Orange flavours out.
3 Squeeze the oranges. You should be able to get nearly a Cup full of juice.
4 Once the peels start to boil and the water has turned a light yellow colour take the pot off the heat, and take off the peels.
5 Add the Orange juice to the hot Water as well as gelatin and your sweetener.
6 Stir and mix allowing the gelatin to dissolve in the warm to hot Orange flavoured water.
7 Once the gelatine granules have fully dissolved pour your mix into a large baking tray or lunch tin and place it in the fridge to set.
8 In about an hour it should have set and you can cut into portions.
Keep these in a container with a lid in a cool place ready to enjoy.
