FOUR SEASONS FOODS BANANA CINNAMON SEMOLINA PORRIDGE
Semolina Porridge makes an ideal breakfast for kids as well as adults. It has a delicious, smooth and silky texture that you’ll enjoy. Enjoy it combined with banana, cinnamon and milk to make a healthy dessert-like bowl of porridge everyone will enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
2 Servings
1 Cup milk of your choice
½ Cup water
½ Cup Four Seasons Foods semolina
1 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
1 Banana sliced
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
1 – Pour the milk and water into a pan and bring it to boil over a medium heat together with half of the cinnamon.
2 – Add the semolina whisking continuously for about 2 minutes until the porridge thickens slightly and bubbles.
3 – Add the sliced bananas, honey, vanilla and mix
4 – Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl.
5 – Top it with more sliced bananas and cinnamon to serve.
