EASY TURMERIC CABBAGE WITH RED PEPPER RECIPE
You can easily make a lot of this cabbage or just enough for a few servings. Cabbage is rich in vitamins, minerals as well as fibre, like all other vegetables. Combining it with Vitamin C rich peppers, turmeric and black pepper make a healthy and affordable Immunity boosting vegetable side. You can also add thinly sliced carrots as well as green beans to this Turmeric Cabbage.
INGREDIENTS
1 Quarter of Cabbage, sliced
1 Red Pepper, sliced (you can use Green or Orange peppers)
Four Seasons Foods Turmeric
Four Seasons Foods Black pepper
Salt to taste
Cooking oil of your choice
DIRECTIONS
In a pan at medium heat add cooking oil and saute the Cabbage and Green Peppers until cooked to your preference. Add salt and sprinkle on a good amount of Turmeric as well as Black pepper. Toss and take it off the heat ready to serve with a meal of your choice.
